Ahhh guilt. The unwelcome companion of procrastination. When you find yourself avoiding doing something in favour of lounging on the couch with a box of bonbons, it’s easy for guilt to creep in and cast a shadow over your relaxation.

Despite what your inner critic might tell you, procrastination doesn’t necessarily mean you are lazy or unmotivated. In many cases, it’s a coping mechanism.
