Blueberry Park Fabrics

Have you seen these fabrics?  They are the Blueberry Park Collection by Karen Lewis by Robert Kaufman.  Do you love them as much as I do?  I had a shiny new pile of fabric this weekend to work with.  Oh, the possibilities, the options, all the blocks I could make …

But I settled on my favorite New York Beauties Blocks.  I am teaching a workshop at Out of Hand on March 16th and April 2nd.  And although the samples for the workshop are at the store already, I felt like making another one.  I believe there’s still room in the workshop if you’d like to join me.  I know you’ll love making these blocks as much as I do.

So I traced, sewed, trimmed, cut; traced some more … trimmed some more and ended up with these:

Aren’t they pretty?  Great points!  I’m impressed … :-)  Here’s what the pillow top looks like, all ready to get quilted.  Right now, it’s like a small wall hanging, as it’s 30″ square.

Once it’s quilted and trimmed, it will be sewn into a 27″ pillow. I think it’ll look amazing once it’s done.  What do you think?
