New Date: New York Beauties Pillow workshop moved to February
Good afternoon,
A short post today to let you know that the New York Beauties Pillow workshop has moved to February 17th and February 24th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This is a two-day workshop. On the first day we’ll focus on foundation paper piecing and sewing one block together. Students will then have one week to complete the other three blocks. On the second day, the blocks will be completed and the pillow top will be sewn together using partial seams. Different options for free-motion machine quilting will be discussed.
Two different options of Foundation paper piecing kits have been added to the Store and include the following:
- Full size pattern plus 5 sheets of printed Fun-dation – a non-woven product that you do not need to remove.
- Full size pattern plus 5 sheets of printed Fun-dation – a non-woven product that you do not need to remove plus a 20-page bound colour booklet with step-by-step instructions.
Fabric kits have also been added to the Store. There are currently 10 available in different colour combinations. If you don’t see colours you like, send me a comment and I’ll see about custom creating one for you.
