Color Theory

Good morning,

It’s going to be another beautiful day in Calgary … I can’t believe that it’s almost the end of October and the temperatures are still hovering in the mid to high teens.  It’s supposed to be 19 degrees C today.

I wanted to share with you a website I discovered a few days ago.  I was reading something and then started linking and linking and you know how it goes … a few hours later you realized how much time you’ve spent on the computer reading through some useful and some not-so-useful stuff.  But … I liked this website and this post, so I thought I would share it with you.  Click the link below:

Creativeboom.com is inspiration and ideas for creative.  And what are we but creative people, right?  This particular entry is about colour and understanding colour theory.  Of course it talks about the colour wheel, colour harmony, the meaning of colour.  At the end, there are links to other resources for further reading.

Thank you Katy Cowan for a wonderful website.  Katy is Founder and Editor of Creative Boom. Based in Manchester, she has spent the past six years supporting the creative industries through her blog, while growing her own PR agency Boomerang. Katy especially loves to champion graduates, freelancers and small business.

I hope you find the link useful.  Let me know …

Ana
