It’s that time of the year again …
To make a choice for yourself. And because we have just 57 more days to go until Christmas (Yikes! Where has the year gone?) … this could be your gift to yourself.
Making art is a solitary endeavour. We sit in our studios, dining room tables, or wherever we create art, and make. By ourselves. In solitude. Alone with our thoughts while our hands create work we are proud of (or sometimes not). I have muddled alone for a long time. But then, I decided to do something about it. I wanted to create something to share. Not just a class or a course. But a community.
This idea became Create2Flourish which I launched in 2022. Since then, Create2Flourish has grown into a wonderful resource and a place where people can learn about art in a friendly environment; where they can find inspiration and motivation. And where they can be part of a great community.
Create2Flourish is more than all those put together: It’s a course, an artist community, a meeting place of like-minded people, a support group, a safe place to share and learn. And a source of inspiration too. Lots of techniques to add to your repertoire are shared. We talk about principles of art, colour, editing photos, image transfer, creating text, etc.
Inside the Create2Flourish private Facebook group, you will meet artists like yourself who come to share ideas, show their work in a safe and supportive environment, give and receive feedback with generosity and sensitivity. You will also form connections.
Registration to Create2Flourish will open up again this week, on Thursday November 2nd, and remain open for a few days. Don’t miss out!
