“CREATIVITY is allowing oneself to make mistakes

and knowing which ones to keep”

Does that resonate with you?  How many mistakes have you made lately that turned into some of your best work?

You leave a piece of work laying around because you believe you messed it up, and regret taking that last step … only to come back to it later with new eyes and realize that indeed! the “mistake” turned into this wonderful opportunity …

I hope that you get creative and make mistakes, and that you end up loving them and being happy that you made them in the first place.

I have quite a few!  :)  The image above … one of my favourite quilts … started with a mistake and a piece of fabric I thought at the time was ruined.

Drop me a note and tell me about yours …
