In this 3-4 hour hands-on class, you’ll create a one-of-a-kind handmade journal designed to travel with you — whether that’s across the world or simply through your everyday life.

Using a thoughtfully curated selection of papers, you’ll build a layered, tactile journal with pockets, folds, and spaces meant to hold ideas, sketches, notes, ephemera, ticket stubs, scraps of fabric, and all the little things you don’t want to lose. This is a journal meant to be used, filled, and loved — not kept precious on a shelf.

The class is entirely paper-based, and everything you need is provided. Just bring yourself and your curiosity. We’ll work at a relaxed pace in my home studio, with time to explore, experiment, and make the journal your own.

Tea, coffee, and snacks are included, and the atmosphere is cozy, creative, and welcoming — the perfect setting for slowing down and making something meaningful by hand.
